Every project we take on starts at Timber and Love, Luke's Boise design + build firm. Apply there and the team will see whether your home is a fit. Some projects go on to be filmed, but that's a separate conversation and never a promise.

We take a look
We read every single one. The T+L team works out whether the scope, budget, location and timing line up on our end.
We get started
If it's a fit on both sides, we get going. Your project moves into the normal T+L design + build process.
It might catch our eye for filming
Some T+L projects catch our eye as possible episodes. Think of it as a bonus. It is not part of your build agreement, and never a guarantee.
Our production team reviews it with you
If your project could make a great episode, our production team reaches out separately to walk you through what filming would involve. Applying never commits you to being on camera.
